GUIDELINES FOR CARE REQUESTS
- If this is an emergency dial 911. This is not an emergency response request.
- These care requests are for partners, attenders, and those closely related. Not all requests will be made or are possible.
- When filling out the form, at the link below, please select one Care Requests each time filling out the form.
- If you are unable to navigate the online form please call the church office M-W 9am-3pm. 770-922-4040.
Food Insecurity
CARE REQUEST DETAILS:
MEAL TRAIN Request - This team provides meals for any of our partners in need of meals during a challenging time, such as coming home from the hospital or adjusting to the birth of a newborn. Team members have the option to cook a meal and or donate a gift card (door dash) to the partner in need.
HELPING HANDS Request- This team consist of partners that are good at fixing things and would like to offer their assistance to other partners that need help around their house with something that is broke.
HOSPITAL/ PRAYER VISITS Request - Have a team member come to pray at a hospital visit or other significant moment. (Funerals, viewings, house visits, shut-in visits)
HOMEBOUND Request - This team assist partners that have been confined to their home due to challenging circumstances such as, surgery recovery or an illness. Their main objective is assist with different needs, like cleaning the house, or feeding their animals, etc...

We partner with Xtra Mile Food Warehouse. They have weekly distribution. This could be a good resource for any person struggling with Food insecurity.
